The present invention relates to immunotherapy approaches for treating hematological cancers. In particular, the invention relates to methods for treating hematological cancers by targeting the 5T4 antigen. Accordingly, the invention provides a method for treating a hematological cancer comprising administering to a subject a 5T4 targeting agent.
