CONSTITUTION: A carbon dioxide gas pre processor of an agricultural product comprises the following: a gas-tight chamber(1) with a cover installed on one side to open and close the chamber, a gas inlet inserting mixed gas, a gas outlet for discharging the mixed gas, and a pitch board for putting the agricultural product； a mixed gas cylinder(3) for storing oxygen and nitrogen, connected to a gas supplying pipe(2)； a decompressing unit(4) for removing the moisture discharged from the agricultural product, and controlling gas inside the gas-tight chamber； a pressure controller(5) controlling the pressure of the mixed gas； a flux controller(6) for the mixed gas； a controller(7) controlling the operation of the decompressing unit, the flux controller, and the pressure controller； and a computer(8).본 발명은 농산물의 이산화탄소 기체 전처리 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 이산화탄소 혼합가스를 농산물의 전처리에 적용할 경우 압력을 조절하여 저농도에서 이산화탄소 기체의 용해도를 높이고 전처리 시간을 단축시킬 수 있는 농산물의 이산화탄소 기체 전처리 장치에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따른 농산물의 이산화탄소 기체 전처리 장치는, 일측에 개폐 가능하도록 덮개가 설치되고 혼합기체가 유입되는 기체 유입부와 혼합기체가 배출되는 기체 배출부가 각각 형성되며 내부에는 농산물을 올려놓을 수 있도록 된 타공판이 다단으로 적재되는 기체기밀 챔버와, 상기 기체기밀 챔버와 연결된 기체 공급관에 연결되며 내부에 이산화탄소, 산소 및 질소가 저장되어 있는 혼합기체봄베와, 상기 기체기밀 챔버에 연결되어 감압을 통해 상기 기체기밀 챔버 내부의 기체를 제거하고 농작물에서 배출되는 수분을 제거시키는 감압수단과, 상기 기체 공급관의 일측에 설치되어 상기 혼합기체봄베로부터 공급되는 혼합기체의 압력을 조절하는 압력조절수단과, 상기 기체 공급관의 일측에 설치되어 상기 압력조절수단에 의해 압력이 조절된 혼합기체의 유량을 조절하는 유량조절수단과, 상기 기체기밀 챔버의 온도 및 pH를 모니터링하고 압력 설정치를 유지하도록 상기 감압수단, 압력조절수단, 유량조절수단의 작동을 제어하는 제어부와, 상기 제어부의 데이터를 토대로 결과를 연산하는 프로그램이 설치된 컴퓨터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
