[Problem] To provide a composition for external use which, when applied, gives no sticky feeling and satisfactorily conforms to the skin and which, after the application, gives a satisfactory dry feeling and moist feeling while suppressing a powdery feeling. [Solution] A composition for external use, to which (A) a water-soluble thickener and (B) a mixture of a silicone oil, a porous powder, and a (dimeticone/vinyldimeticone) crosspolymer have been added.
