The invention relates to a method of cardiology, where cardiac control device more specifically ventricular assist device generally referred as Left Ventricular Assist Device and Right Ventricular Assist Device and Biventricular Assist Device. Designing a ventricular assist device which is an intra ventricular balloon pump and Ventricular Assist Device performs physiologically like a heart.. The current design is an add-on to the left ventricular assist device. The concept and the functionality are similar to the left ventricular device. The only change is the shape of the balloon to fit into the right ventricle. The invention a bi-ventricular assist system comprising of an intra-left ventricular assist system as claimed in claim 2 and an intra-right ventricular assist system as claimed in claim 3, such that when the said intra-left ventricular assist system is implanted in left ventricle it is operably coupled to said intra-right ventricular assist system implanted in right ventricle.
