The present invention relates to a meteorological change laser system and a meteorological change method using the same. The meteorological change laser system comprises: a meteorological observing device for observing a meteorological phenomenon including tornado and tropical depression, and detecting a position where the meteorological phenomenon occurs and a laser device for radiating laser to the position where the meteorological phenomenon occurs detected by the meteorological observing device, and changing the meteorological phenomenon. According to the present invention, the laser device is coupled to the meteorological observing device, so a meteorological phenomenon like tropical depression such as tornado, typhoon, hurricane, cyclone, etc. may be changed through a laser, and a progress direction thereof may be controlled. The meteorological change laser system may be easily operated and effectively used to change a meteorological phenomenon. The meteorological phenomenon is changed through active power thereof, so the system may be applied to an experiment on a change in the meteorological phenomenon.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016본 발명은 토네이도 및 열대성 저기압을 포함하는 기상현상을 관측하고, 상기 기상현상의 발생 위치를 탐지하는 기상 관측 장치 및 상기 기상 관측 장치에 의해 탐지된 상기 기상현상의 발생 위치로 레이저를 조사하여 상기 기상현상을 변화시키는 레이저 장치를 포함하도록 한 기상 변화 레이저 시스템 및 이를 이용한 기상 변화 방법에 관한 것이다.본 발명에 따르면, 기상 관측 장치에 레이저 장치를 결합하여, 레이저를 통한 토네이도(tornado)나 태풍, 허리케인(hurricane), 사이클론(cyclone) 등의 열대성 저기압과 같은 기상현상을 변화, 나아가서 억제 내지 그 진행방향을 제어할 수 있도록 하고, 기상현상의 변화를 위한 운용이 용이하도록 할 뿐만 아니라, 효율적인 사용이 가능하도록 하며, 기상현상을 능동력으로 변화시킴으로써 기상현상의 변화에 대한 실험에 적용할 수 있도록 한다.
