PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bath stretcher significantly reducing the cost for mechanization in lying-posture bathing and contributing to improvement in working environment in a field of nursing-care.SOLUTION: A bath stretcher 1 includes: a carriage 3 that is movable by having casters 7； and a stretcher 5 placed on the upper surface side of the carriage 3 so as to be freely attached/detached vertically with respect to the carriage 3. The stretcher 5 includes, at four parts thereof, suspension parts 13 that engage hooks attached to the tip ends of sling belts 35 of a hanger 31 of a care lift 27. After the hooks are engaged therewith, when the hanger 31 is lifted, the stretcher 5 on which a care-receiver HP is placed is separated from the carriage, and the stretcher 5, with it separated therefrom is moved to immediately above a bathtub 55. Subsequently, the care lift 27 is operated to lower the stretcher 5 and put it in the bathtub 55, and the care receiver HP is made to soak in hot water S of the bathtub 55. After the bathing, the stretcher 5 is lifted, moved and placed at a prescribed position on the carriage 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7COPYRIGHT: (C)2020,JPO&INPIT【課題】寝位入浴における機械化の大幅な低コスト化を実現するとともに、介護分野における労働環境の改善に資する入浴用ストレッチャーを提供する。【解決手段】入浴用ストレッチャー１は、キャスター７を有して移動可能な台車３と、台車３の上面側に該台車３に対して上下方向に着脱自在に載置された担架５とを有している。担架５の四箇所には介護用リフト２７のハンガー３１のスリングベルト３５の先端に取り付けられたフックを係合する吊り下げ部１３が設けられている。フックを係合した後、ハンガー３１を上昇させると被介護者ＨＰを載せた担架５が分離し、この状態で担架５を浴槽５５の真上まで移動する。その後、介護用リフト２７を操作し、担架５を下降させて浴槽５５内に入れ、浴槽５５の湯Ｓに被介護者ＨＰを浸ける。入浴が終わったら担架５を上昇させて移動し、台車３の所定位置に載置する。【選択図】 図７
