PURPOSE: An aquarium is provided, which enables a user to conveniently clean an aquarium without discharging the whole water within the aquarium. CONSTITUTION: An aquarium comprises: a drain unit(13) in which a plurality of through-holes(12) are punched in the bottom plate(11) of the aquarium in order to circulate water； a water collecting unit(14) in which foreign material is collected through the through-hole； a filter unit(20) which connected and installed to a drainpipe(15) by a connecting valve； a circulation motor(30) which compulsively circulates water； a sterilizer(31) sterilizing the circulated water； a cooling device(40) cooling the sterilized water to the optimal temperature； and a water collecting ring(50) which can supply the cooled water to the aquarium.본 발명은 수족관 내에 담수 된 물이 일정기간이 경과 하여 활어 등으로부터 이물질이 발생하였을 경우 이를 제거하기 위하여 수족관을 청소할 때 수족관에 연결된 필터부를 분리하여 청소한 후 다시 결합 설치함으로 수족관 내의 물을 전부 배출하지 않고 간편하게 수족관을 청소할 수 있는 수족관에 관한 것이다.
