The apparatus is connected with the gutter such that the water is supplied to the cleaning apparatus. A container (40) stores the cleaned precipitation water and connected with the apparatus. An irrigation outlet (50) is connected with the container such that the stored water leaves from the container for irrigating the plant. A flow delimiter (60) is arranged between the container and the outlet for limiting flow of the stored water to a maximum value.
