The present invention relates to a one-touch type mesh net protector of a fish trap and, more specifically, to technology of a novel concept, configured to allow an operation of preventing damage to a mesh net which surrounds a support frame of a fish trap for capturing fishes to be conducted very conveniently, and maximize damage preventing effects of the mesh net. A conventional fish trap requires an operation of covering an upper ring and a lower ring with protective vinyl and wrapping the upper ring and the lower ring with a fastening string to be conducted manually, so that a lot of time and labor are required, thereby decreasing workability and causing an increase in manufacturing costs of the fish trap. In addition, when the fish trap collides with a rock on the seabed, the fastening string can be easily broken, thereby reducing a service life of the fish trap.
