The present invention relates to an attenuated mutant of Toxoplasma gondii for use in the prevention or the treatment of cancer or of infectious diseases in a subject in need thereof wherein the attenuated mutant 1) expresses one or more chimeric GRA6 proteins with an antigen at its C-terminus and 2) has a knockout or loss of function mutation of the gene coding for the GRA2 protein.La présente invention concerne un mutant atténué de Toxoplasma gondii destiné à être utilisé dans la prévention ou le traitement dun cancer ou de maladies infectieuses chez un sujet qui en a besoin, le mutant atténué 1) exprimant une ou plusieurs protéines GRA6 chimériques comportant un antigène à leur extrémité C et 2) ayant une mutation dinactivation ou de perte de fonction du gène codant pour la protéine GRA2.
