The present invention relates to an oxidizing agent composition for a perm. More specifically, the present invention relates to a composition comprising a first perm liquid (a reducing agent) and a second perm liquid (an oxidizing agent) which are generally used for a common (cold) perm, a thermal perm (a straight perm for curly hair, a setting perm, an iron perm, and a volume perm), etc., wherein hydrogen peroxide included in the second perm liquid (an oxidizing agent) is substituted with an enzyme. According to the present invention, a composition for a perm uses alkaline protease as a substitute for conventional hydrogen peroxide included in an second perm liquid (an oxidizing agent).
