The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a gypsum skincare pack using a gypsum skincare sheet and a gypsum skincare pack thereof wherein the gypsum skincare pack is formed by applying gypsum, mixed with a skincare solution, on a carrier such as a mesh, a gauze, a nonwoven fabric, a fiber fabric, and so on by various methods to combine the same and then making the same into a certain shape, and the gypsum skincare pack maintains advantages of cosmetic functionality and has maximized convenience of use. According to the present invention, the method for manufacturing a gypsum skincare pack using a gypsum skincare sheet comprises the following steps: (a) preparing the skincare solution by mixing and stirring a gelated polymer, polyhydric alcohol, functional additives and water； (b) preparing a gypsum mixture by mixing and stirring the skincare solution of step (a) or purified water with gypsum (calcium sulfate)； (c) applying the gypsum mixture of step (b) onto a soft carrier； (d) drying the gypsum-applied carrier of step (c)； and (e) completing the gypsum skincare sheet by shaping the gypsum-applied carrier of step (d).본 발명은 미용액과 혼합한 석고를 다양한 방법으로 메쉬, 거즈, 부직포, 섬유 원단 등 지지체에 도포하여 결합한 후, 특정 형상으로 성형함으로써 석고를 미용팩에 활용하는 경우 미용기능성의 장점은 그대로 살리면서도 사용편의성까지 극대화한 석고미용시트를 활용한 석고미용팩의 제조방법 및 그 석고미용팩에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 석고미용시트를 활용한 석고미용팩의 제조방법은 (a) 겔화 고분자, 다가 알코올, 기능성 첨가제 및 물을 교반 혼합하여 피부 미용액을 제조하는 단계； (b) 상기 (a)단계의 피부 미용액 또는 정제수를 석고(Calcium Sulfate)와 혼합 교반하여 석고 혼합물을 제조하는 단계； (c) 상기 (b)단계의 석고 혼합물을 소프트 지지체에 도포하는 단계； (d) 상기 (c)단계의 석고 도포 지지체를 건조하는 단계； 및 (e) 상기 (d)단계의 석고 도포 지지체를 성형하여 석고미용시트를 완성하는 단계；를 포함하여 이루어진다.
