An apparatus for inserting medical thread according to the present invention comprises: a body which has a hollow portion therein； and a needle combined in the one side of the body. The body also includes: a guide portion which is installed on the inner surface of the body and on which thread is； a cutting portion which is installed on one side of the body and cuts thread； a sliding portion which is installed on the middle of the body and gets forward and backward thread； and a spool which is installed on the inner surface of the other side of the body and is wound thread.본 발명에 따른 의료용 실 삽입장치는 내부에 중공부를 갖는 몸체와, 상기 몸체의 일측에 결합되는 니들을 포함하여 이루어진다. 또한 상기 몸체에는 몸체의 내부에 구비되고 실이 놓여지는 가이드부와, 상기 몸체의 일측에 구비되고 실을 절단하는 커팅부와, 상기 몸체의 중간에 구비되고 실을 전후진시키는 슬라이딩부와, 상기 몸체의 타측 내부에 구비되고 실이 감겨져 있는 실패를 포함한다.
