PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for allowing a removal device to move to a direction reverse to a blood flow direction of approaching a filter and to remove the filter in the blood flow direction.SOLUTION: The device for removing a thrombus filter from a blood vessel arranged in a catheter includes: a shaft having a lumen extending through a proximal end, a distal end and inside； and a wire which is placed in the lumen of the catheter and a part thereof forms a loop. The removal device moves to the direction reverse to the blood flow direction of approaching the filter and removes the filter in the blood flow direction.【課題】 除去装置がフィルタに接近するべく血流方向とは反対方向に移動し、血流方向にてフィルタを除去するシステムを提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 血管から血栓フィルタを除去するためにカテーテル内に配置される装置は、基端、末端、及び内部を通じて延びる管腔を有するシャフトと、該シャフトの管腔内に置かれるとともにその一部がループを形成するワイアとを備える。除去装置はフィルタに接近するべく血流方向とは反対方向に移動し、血流方向にてフィルタを除去する。【選択図】 図７
