PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, in a rotary encoder for monitoring a bodily posture of a person requiring the care and a system for monitoring the fall of the person using an accelerometer, the person is restricted in turning over on his or her side when these big-for-fit machines are attached to the body, and a problem that, in a device for monitoring the fall of the body which connects the person requiring the care and one end of a bed with an electric wire and notifies people not in the room of the person's falling from the bed when the electric wire is dislocated, the electric wire is bothersome for the person requiring the care and thus an erroneous alarm is issued by unconsciously or intentionally removing the electric wire.SOLUTION: A device is formed by accumulating a plurality of sensors with MEMS technology in order to detect body posture, fall, and inversion, in a compact size and wirelessly transmits the data collected by the plurality of sensors, and processes and monitors the data. In this way, the hindrance to rolling over with the device attached and botheration of the electric wire can be eliminated for the person requiring the care.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1【課題】介護を必要とする人の体位の変化を監視する装置にロータリーエンコーダ、転落を監視する装置に加速度計を用いてモニタリングするシステムがある。
