A turning-over machine that comprises a frame, a pulley set, a rotation machine and a sling is disclosed. The frame has a top end and a bottom end, wherein the bottom end of the frame is attached to a bed, the pulley set is disposed on the frame, the sling is configured to pass the pulley set. The sling has a hanging end on one side and a fixing end one the other side such that the sling can be taken back or released by the rotation machine.
