Provided is a streptomyces (Streptomyces sp.) strain SCSIO 03032, preserved in China Center for Type Culture Collection on July 18, 2011 with the preservation number CCTCC NO: M 2011258. The streptomyces (Streptomyces sp.) strain SCSIO 03032 can be used to produce compounds Spiro-Indimycin A, B, C and D with antineoplastic activity； the compounds not only have a rare spiral structure, but also have selectivity and highly-efficient activity for tumour cells. Further provided are a preparation method and an application of the compounds Spiro-Indimycin A, B, C and D.
