PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system which can reconstruct an image using an X-ray source and a detector rotating around a subject in a noncircular orbit and partially.SOLUTION: A method for reconstructing the image of the subject based on exposure data about X-rays which penetrate the subject provides: a step for irradiating the subject with the X-rays from the X-ray source which rotates around the subject in an irregular orbit the step for detecting the X-rays, which are generated from the X-ray source and penetrate the subject, by the X-ray detector, so as to obtain the exposure data and an image-reconstruction step for specifying a reprojected point on the detected plane of the corresponding X-ray detector respectively for every voxel of the subject between the X-ray source and the X-ray detector according to a preliminarily obtained correction matrix indicating a positional relationship between the X-ray source, the X-ray detector, and a correction phantom for every position of the X-ray source and the X-ray detector using the correction phantom where two or more beads are embedded, so as to reconstruct the image by calculating each value of the voxels from the exposure data of the specified reprojected point.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】被検体の周囲を非円形軌道及び部分的に回転するX線源及び検出器を使って画像再構成を可能にする方法及びシステムを提供する。【解決手段】被検体を透過したX線に関する露光データに基づいて被検体の画像を再構成する方法は、被検体の周囲を不規則な軌道で回転するX線源から被検体にX線を照射するステップと、X線源から発生され被検体を透過したX線をX線検出器で検出して露光データを得るステップと、X線源とX線検出器との間の被検体のボクセルごとに、各々対応するX線検出器の検出面上の再投影点を、複数のビーズが埋め込まれている補正用ファントムを用いてX線源とX線検出器の位置ごとにX線源、X線検出器及び前記補正用ファントムの間の位置関係を表す事前に求めた補正行列に従って特定し、特定された再投影点の露光データからボクセル各々の値を演算することにより画像を再構成する画像再構成ステップとを具備する。【選択図】図1
