<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve the automation of a farm product hot water disinfection treatment device, and simultaneously downsize the device. ??<P>SOLUTION: Provided is the farm product hot water disinfection device in whose upper portion a track-like conveyer equipped with many hanging units at a constant distance is disposed and in which a hot water tank and a cold water tank are disposed in parallel along an orbited track below the track-like conveyer, characterized in that the hot water-disinfected farm products are received in receiving bags and hung from the hanging units; the track-like conveyer is a chain conveyer traveling on a travel way along the orbited track; many (even number) hanging levers are disposed on the chain conveyer at a prescribed distance; the lower end portions of the two adjacent levers among the hanging levers are connected with a connection pin to form a fixed triangle; hanging hooks are swingably attached to the connection pins; and the hanging hooks are disposed in a state that the hooking openings of the hooks are directed in the traveling direction of the track-like conveyer. ??<P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT ??
