PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of silk films for skin and wound protection is provided to reduce manufacturing cost.CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of silk films for skin and wound protection comprises the following steps: obtaining silk fibroin after refining silk protein obtaining a silk fibroin solution by dissolving the silk fibroin in a salt aqueous solution selected from lithium bromide, calcium chloride, lithium chloride and zinc chloride performing desalination process by dializing the silk fibroin solution in a polyethylene glycol (PEG) aqueous solution and forming a film by using the silk fibroin solution passed through the desalination process.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013본 발명은 실크 피브로인 용액이 탈염공정을 경유한 이후에도 충분한 점성을 유지함으로써 필름의 제조과정 중 필름의 건조공정에 소요되는 시간을 단축하여 제조 코스트를 절감하는 것이 가능한 피부 및 상처 보호를 위한 실크 필름의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의하면, 최종 필름을 결정화 반응 및 첨가제 혼합에 따라 창상 피복재의 용도로 사용하는 것은 물론 식품이나 화장품, 의약품 및 의료기기 등 다양한 제품에 적용할 수 있다.
