An article of clothing 10, adapted to cover at least the chest of a person, comprises a chest portion 16 and a teething aid 20 attached to the chest portion 16. The application also describes a kit which comprises an article of clothing having a chest portion adapted to cover at least the chest of a person, attachment means adapted to attach a teething aid to the chest portion, and a teething aid. The teething aids made be of varying shapes and materials. A feeding top (figure 11) is also described and which comprises a first feeding slit (104, figure 11) formed in a front section of the top and a modesty cover (102, fig. 13A). The modesty cover comprises a sheet of material that is attached to an inside surface of the front section at a location above the first feeding slit when the article is worn.
