Problem of interest: The invention addresses the problem of providing help to women experiencing symptoms of female infertility, using psychological and physiological measures. Solution: A psychotherapy method includes analyzing a person's psychological and emotional state, and rational and hypnotic suggestion psychotherapy. Psychotherapy is conducted in the form of four psychotherapy sessions that are alternated with 1-2 day breaks, each session being composed of rational, trance, and suggestion parts, and ending with physical relaxation, wherein the following main issues are addressed in turn: 1 - creating targeted behavioral motivations for patients； 2 - creating a focus on the possibility of becoming pregnant； 3 - halting and neutralizing the effect of psychologically traumatic factors； 4 - instilling an enduring attitude toward conceiving and successfully carrying a pregnancy to term.Problème pour lequel une solution est recherchée : L'invention permet de trouver une solution aux problèmes de femmes souffrant d'infertilité grâce à une action psychologique et physiologique. Solution : Un procédé de psychothérapie comprend une analyse de l'état psycho-émotionnel , une psychothérapie rationnelle et par suggestion hypnotique.
