PURPOSE: A particulate formulation containing drug particles and a first coating layer with controlled release is provided to effectively control the release of drugs. CONSTITUTION: A particulate formulation has drug particles and a first coating layer which coats the drug particles. The first coating layer contains water insoluble polymers, inorganic particles, and/or lipid components. The water insoluble polymer contains enteric polymers. The average diameter of the inorganic particles is 1-000 nm and includes silica and/or titanium dioxide. The particulate formulation further contains a second coating layer which covers the first coating layer. The first and second coating layers contain cellulose-based enteric polymers and water insoluble polymers, respectively.
