PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide a device in which a constraining force to a decoy sweet fish acts after catching a wild sweet fish, and thereby the resistance of the decoy sweet fish can be neutralized to facilitate the taking-in of the wild sweet fish.SOLUTION: A reverse hook type device tool 1A includes a first passing-through member 20 for passing a nose ring side leader extending from a nose ring to a hanging hook side and a second passing-through member 30 being made to pass through after the nose ring side leader obtained after passing the first passing-through member 20 is made to pass through is bound to the body of the sweet fish. Here, the second passing-through member 30 comprises a hole part 31 where the nose ring side leader is made to pass through and an insertion part 32 for making the nose ring side leader be inserted into the hole part 31 from the peripheral side of the hole part 31.
