PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical composition that has excellent smooth liquid blending into capsule coating, and is suitable for producing soft capsule agent.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical composition contains: (A) at least one selected from the group consisting of fexofenadine, epinastine, loratadine, olopatadine, emedastine, cetirizine, levocetirizine and salt thereof and magnoliae extract (B) at least one selected from the group consisting of surfactant and polyalcohol and (C) hydrophobic base agent.
