PURPOSE: An ultrasonic wave generator and a method thereof are provided to improve the intensity of tactile sense. CONSTITUTION: An ultrasonic wave generator comprises a modulator (150), an ultrasonic wave converter (170), an oscillator (110), and a duty-cycle adjusting unit (120). The modulator generates an electric driving signal by using a first signal and a second signal. The first signal generates a first frequency. The second signal generates a second frequency. The ultrasonic wave converter converts ultrasonic wave into the driving signal generated by the modulator and outputs the driving signal. The oscillator generates the first signal. The duty-cycle control unit controls the duty-cycle of the first signal generated by the oscillator.
