Disclosed is a cassette support for discharging small particle medicine capable of supporting a cassette for discharging the small particle medicine having a medicine tank which stores the small particle medicine； and a medicine tank shutter which opens and closes a lower opening formed in a lower part of the medicine tank. The cassette support for discharging the small particle medicine comprises: a first frame which mounts the cassette for discharging the small particle medicine, and is horizontally extended in a first direction； a second frame which is horizontally extended in a second direction which intersects the first direction； a shutter opening/closing member which is supported in the second direction to be reciprocated in a direction which is parallel with the first direction, and is connected to the medicine tank shutter； a reciprocating frame which is reciprocated in the direction which is parallel with the first direction； and a connection actuator which is supported in the reciprocating frame, and is selectively connected to the shutter opening/closing member. The medicine tank shutter is opened and closed by moving the reciprocating frame in the direction which is parallel with the first direction in a state of enabling the connection actuator to be connected to the shutter opening/closing member.
