PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine portion packaging apparatus capable of downsizing a mechanism for cutting medicine wrapping paper into pieces.SOLUTION: A medicine portion packaging apparatus comprises: a medicine wrapping paper storing part in which medicine wrapping paper folded into V-shape is wound up； a transfer route which transfers the medicine wrapping paper pulled out from the medicine wrapping paper storing part； a heat-sealing part which is arranged in the middle of the transfer route and forms heat seals for sectioning the medicine wrapping paper for each package； a medicine supplying part which is arranged in the middle of the transfer route and supplies a medicine for each package into a space between the medicine wrapping paper； a driving roller which performs transferring/driving while holding the medicine wrapping paper in which the medicine supplied by the medicine supplying part is stored； and a rotary cutter which cuts a portion heat-sealed by the heat-sealing part in the medicine wrapping paper transferred by the driving roller.
