PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispensed medicament-inspection device capable of accurately doing inspection of the condition of a medicament in a dispensing bag as to whether or not the medicament is accommodated in the dispensing bag according to a prescription.SOLUTION: In the dispensed medicament-inspecting device 1, the condition of the medicament 5 as to whether or not the medicament 5 is accommodated in the dispensing bag 6 according to the prescription is inspected based on image information 73 obtained by photographing the medicament 5 in the dispensing bag 6 by a camera 20.
