PURPOSE: A bone extension apparatus is provided to improve convenience and simplicity in a case of bone extending by using the bone extension apparatus operated surgically inside of the skin of the long bone. CONSTITUTION: A bone extension apparatus comprises: an upper plate(110) attached to the upper bone； a bottom plate(120) attached to the lower bone； a rail passing through the inner spaces of the upper plate and the lower plate； and a shaft rotating by receiving the rotating torque of a spring joint installed at the upper part of the upper plate. A screw thread geared toward screw threads of the shaft is formed on the inside wall of a shaft inserting hole on the upper plate and the lower plate. The shaft passes through the inner space of the upper plate and the inner space of the lower plate. 본 발명은 인체의 뼈를 신장시켜주는 골 신연 장치에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는, 장관골의 상측 골에 부착되는 상부 플레이트와 장관골의 하측 골에 부착되는 하부 플레이트를 구비하고, 상기 상부 플레이트의 내부 공간과 상기 하부 플레이트의 내부 공간을 관통하는 한쌍의 레일이 평행하게 설치되고, 상기 상부 플레이트의 상측에 설치된 스프링관절부재의 회전력을 전달받아 회전하는 샤프트의 회전을 따라서 상기 하부 플레이트가 상기 한쌍의 레일을 따라서 이동됨으로써 상기 상부 플레이트와 상기 하부 플레이트 사이의 간격이 이격되는 구성을 특징으로 하는 골 신연 장치에 관한 것이다.
