The present invention relates to a seed spray soil composition for slope greening to restore ecology of a cutting area and an ecology restoring method using the same and, more specifically, to a seed spray soil composition containing: clay powder； earthworm casting； charcoal grains； sawdust； granite soil； and wine lees and an ecology restoring method using the same. The seed spray soil composition and the ecology restoring method using the same according to the present invention can optimize plant sprouting and growth conditions and can reduce a phenomenon of separating the seed spray soil along a cutting surface after construction, thereby contributing to prevention of accidents.본 발명은 절개지 생테 복원을 위한 법면 녹화용 녹생토 조성물(綠生土) 조성물 및 이를 이용한 생태 복원 공법에 관한 것으로서, 보다 상세하게는, 토분, 지렁이 분변토, 숯 알갱이, 톱밥, 마사토 및 주박(酒粕)을 포함하는 녹생토 조성물과 이를 이용한 생태 복원 공법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 녹생토 조성물 및 이를 이용한 생태 복원 방법에 의하면 식물의 발아 및 생육 조건을 최적화시킬 수 있으며, 시공 후 절개면을 따라 녹생토가 탈락되는 현상을 감소시킬 수 있어 안전사고 예방에 기여할 수 있는 우수한 효과가 있다.
