This invention provides a stent-graft 100 that has both shape-maintainability and flexibility, and when implanted in a living body, the stent-graft 100 performs its intended functions for a considerably long period of time relative to conventional stent-grafts without causing conflict. The stent-graft 100 comprises a stent 2 comprising multiple elastic rings 21 and a graft 1. An auxiliary elastic wire 5 whose rigidity is lower than that of the stent 2 is arranged at the end-part of the graft 1, and the auxiliary elastic wire 5 is connected to the multiple elastic rings 21 at the opening part.
