A skin treatment handpiece according to one embodiment comprises: a body having, on the upper side thereof, a laser diode module for generating laser, having a space formed therein, having a reflector which reflects a laser on the inner side surface of the space, and having, on the lower part thereof, an opening portion and a skin contact portion formed in the opening portion so as to come in contact with the skin； a cooling unit which is formed outside the opening portion so as to supply and collect a coolant, and which allows the coolant to flow into the skin contact portion so as to cool same； and a suction unit which is formed in the opening portion of the body, and which generates a suction force in the skin so that the skin comes into close contact with the skin contact portion. Therefore, adhesion to the skin can be improved so that loosing of a laser is minimized, and thus therapeutic efficacy can be maximized.L'invention concerne une pièce à main de traitement cutané.
