PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely carry out returning to a reference state after changing the tilt angle of a car body relatively to a traveling device in a state of little trouble in operation.SOLUTION: A posture controller of a working vehicle is obtained as follows: A posture control means 200 for controlling the operation of attitude changing operation means 100 for freely performing operation to change the attitude of the car body relatively to a grounding part of the traveling device is constituted so as to operate the posture changing operation means 100 on the basis of an attitude changing command when the posture changing command is issued with attitude changing command means 400 and stop the operation when the issue of the command is completed. When a reference state command is issued with a reference state command means 64, the operation of the attitude changing operation means 100 is started so as to provide the reference state.
