PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of soybean milk that can be added to various foodstuffs in such a manner that the soybean milk exhibits flavor and good body and, even when incorporated with foodstuffs as a part of a raw material thereof, hardly exerts influences on a manufacturing method of the foodstuffs.
SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the thick soybean milk comprises adjusting the soybean solid content to 12-30 wt.% followed by thermal sterilization.
