PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide techniques for obtaining a reconstructed image which reduces an artifact without increasing the production cost using an acoustic wave detector disposed on a flat plate.SOLUTION: An acoustic wave signal processor includes: a selection section for selecting partial or entire elements of acoustic wave signals from the acoustic wave signals based on acoustic waves detected by the acoustic wave detector having a plurality of elements and setting an acoustic wave signal group a calculation section for requiring information related to an attention point of the acoustic pressure of the acoustic waves using the acoustic wave signal group and a determination section. The selection section sets a plurality of the acoustic wave signal groups at least either of which a combination of the elements or a position of the elements is different.
