A process of producing ginger-turmeric blended tea comprising of the following steps: washing and removing the skin or outer covering of ginger and turmeric scraping and slicing the washed ginger and turmeric into smaller pieces for grinding grinding and squeezing extracts from the ginger and turmeric adding sugar to the ginger and turmeric extract blending the ginger- turmeric extract with the sugar, then set aside for 2- 6 hours simmering the blended ginger-turmeric-sugar mixture straining the ginger-turmeric-sugar mixture to remove solid materials and boiling and stirring the sugar mixture until granules are formed.
