This invention addresses the problem of providing a technology that helps a user understand what information is supposed to be inputted into various input fields. In order to solve said problem, this invention provides a terminal device that has a display unit that displays, on a display, an input screen that has input fields and also shows past input data for each input field in a manner such that attributes of said past input data can be identified, said past input data being input data that was inputted into the corresponding input field in the past. For example, the display unit in said terminal device could display an input screen that shows, in an identifiable manner, when past input data was inputted, attributes of users who inputted said past input data, and/or input frequencies for the past input data.
