The present invention identifies a use of porcine circovirus type 2 (PCV2) ORF5 as an immunosuppressive agent. More specifically, the present invention relates to a recombinant expression vector having a cleavage map of FIG. 1, into which the ORF5 gene of PCV2 is introduced, a transformed cell line overexpressing ORF5 transformed with the recombinant expression vector, an ORF5 protein； a recombinant vector comprising a gene sequence encoding the protein； or an immunosuppressive composition comprising the cell line transformed with the recombinant vector as an active ingredient and a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating autoimmune diseases.본 발명은 돼지 서코바이러스 제2형의 ORF5의 면역억제제로서의 용도를 규명한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로 본 발명은 돼지 서코바이러스2(PCV2)의 ORF5 유전자가 도입된 도 1의 개열지도를 갖는 재조합 발현벡터, 상기 재조합 발현벡터로 형질전환된 ORF5가 과발현되는 형질전환 세포주, ORF5 단백질； 상기 단백질을 암호화하는 유전자 서열을 포함하는 재조합 벡터； 또는 상기 재조합 벡터로 형질전환된 세포주를 유효성분으로 포함하는 면역억제용 조성물 및 자가면역질환의 예방 또는 치료용 약학적 조성물에 관한 것이다.
