The paddy field work machine includes: control means controlling a hydraulic cylinder to operate the work device for driving for lifting/lowering a grounding body 26B located in a center part of the work device in a machine body lateral width direction to be lifted/lowered relative to the work device while following and contacting the ground and an interlock operation member 49 interlocked and connected with the grounding body 26B, extended upward from a connection part to the grounding body 26B and connected with the control means.
