In some aspects, the devices comprise a support structure shaped to conform to a portion of a body of an individual a bladder having a port for the passage of a fluid, the bladder being supported by the support structure a pump having a fluid outlet, the pump being secured to the support structure and separable fluid connectors operably connecting the pump with the port.
