The present invention provides compositions useful to induce immune response to human metapneumovirus. Also provided are related materials and methods, including methods to induce an immune response in a mammal, comprising administering the compositions herein. In a particular embodiment described herein is a composition comprising a nucleic acid molecule encoding a human metapneumovirus (hMPV) having a mutated integrin-binding motif (RGD motif) in a fusion (F) protein of hMPV, wherein the RGD motif is mutated as compared to wildtype hMPV.La présente invention concerne des compositions utiles pour induire une réponse immunitaire à un métapneumovirus humain.
