The bag (1) has a strip-shaped holder (8) containing an absorbent material, where front and rear of the bag are attached to bottom of the holder. The holder is provided with adhesive strips (3). The holder is made from cellulose fiber cotton or super absorbent polymer. The bag is designed as a circle arched edge, where the strips are covered with a barrier layer. A film tube of the bag is divided into segments in a mutually parallel manner. An independent claim is also included for a method for collecting and packaging rubbish.
