PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that when a head-mounted display is heavy, a physical burden on a user is heavy since the weight of the head-mounted display is applied to the neck and shoulders of the user when it is used by being mounted on the head.SOLUTION: A head-mounted display unit 1 includes a head-mounted display 2 used by being mounted on the head of a user, and a head-mounted display support instrument 3 for supporting the head-mounted display 2.
