The present invention relates to a nanocrystalline metal-organic framework which can effectively receive and protect an organic light emitting material for bioimaging. Specially, the present invention relates to a nanocrystalline metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) having a plurality of pores, wherein a bioimaging-agent is received in the plurality of pores, and each of the pores has a size corresponding to the size of the bioimaging-agent so that the bioimaging-agent cannot flow into or out of the pore.La présente invention concerne un réseau métallo-organique nanocristallin qui peut efficacement recevoir et protéger un matériau électroluminescent organique servant à une bioimagerie. En particulier, la présente invention concerne des réseaux métallo-organique (MOF) nanocristallins ayant une pluralité de pores, un agent de bioimagerie étant reçu dans la pluralité de pores, et chacun des pores ayant une taille correspondant à la taille de l'agent de bioimagerie de telle sorte que l'agent de bioimagerie ne peut pas s'écouler dans ou hors du pore.본 발명은, 유기 발광성 물질을 바이오 이미징을 위해 효과적으로 수용 및 보호시킬 수 있는 나노금속유기골격구조체에 관한 것이다. 구체적으로 본 발명은, 복수 개의 기공을 갖는 나노금속유기골격구조체(Nanocrystalline Metal-Organic Frameworks, MOFs)에 있어서, 상기 복수 개의 기공에 바이오 이미징용 물질(Imaging-agent)이 수용되되, 상기 바이오 이미징용 물질이 상기 기공에 유출입이 불가능하도록 상기 기공의 크기가 상기 바이오 이미징용 물질의 크기에 대응되도록 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 나노금속유기골격구조체에 관한 것이다.
