A preparation method for straw feed, comprising the steps of: (1) turning straw into small pieces of materials using a machine processing method； (2) soaking the straw in the form of small materials in sodium hydroxide solution for pretreatment； (3) carrying out secondary treatment on the pretreated straw by means of a microwave method； (4) using xylanase for biological enzymolysis on the straw after the microwave treatment； and (5) air drying the straw after enzymolysis until a constant weight is achieved, thus obtaining straw feed. The straw feed is then mixed with corn to prepare the biological straw feed.L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de fourrage, comprenant les étapes consistant à : (1) transformer de la paille en petits morceaux à l'aide d'un procédé de traitement par machine ； (2) faire tremper la paille sous la forme de petits morceaux dans une solution d'hydroxyde de sodium à des fins de prétraitement ； (3) effectuer un traitement secondaire sur la paille prétraitée au moyen d'un procédé à micro-ondes ； (4) utiliser de la xylanase pour effectuer une enzymolyse biologique sur la paille après le traitement par micro-ondes ； et (5) sécher à l'air la paille après enzymolyse jusqu'à l'obtention d'un poids constant, de façon à obtenir ainsi du fourrage. Le fourrage est ensuite mélangé avec du maïs pour préparer le fourrage biologique.
