The present invention provides an adhesive composition, medical tape and patch as well as methods for manufacturing the same, wherein said products allow to combine excellent skin friendliness with satisfactory adhesion. The adhesive composition of the present invention is characterized by the presence of a polycondensate having a specified molecular weight, and an oil additive in a specified relative amount.
