An injection device configured for attachment to the skin of a patient using an adhesive layer, the injection device comprises a release liner covering the adhesive layer thereby preventing skin attachment. The release liner comprises a sheet of material wherein a first surface contacts the adhesive layer, an aperture defining a passage for a film connected to a first sterile barrier film located within the injection device. Wherein an end of the film is connected to a second surface of the sheet of material that is opposite to the first surface, and the release liner is covered by a strengthening sheet adhesively connected to the second surface and covering the aperture and the end of the film.La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'injection conçu pour être fixé sur la peau d'un patient au moyen d'une couche adhésive, le dispositif d'injection comprenant un revêtement antiadhésif recouvrant la couche adhésive qui permet d'empêcher la fixation sur la peau. Le revêtement antiadhésif comprend une feuille de matériau dans laquelle une première surface entre en contact avec la couche adhésive, une ouverture définissant un passage pour un film relié à un premier film formant barrière stérile situé dans le dispositif d'injection. Une extrémité du film est reliée à une seconde surface de la feuille de matériau qui est fait face à la première surface, et le revêtement antiadhésif est recouvert d'une feuille de renfort collée à la seconde surface et recouvrant l'ouverture et l'extrémité du film.
