The portable system includes a main shaft with a soft handle and a wrist band on one end, an extension shaft coupled to the main shaft at the other end of the main shaft for length adjustment, an attachment shaft coupled to the extension shaft, and a bag configured to be slid on the attachment shaft to catch and transport pet waste.
