The present invention provides a light needle identification system, which may be configured with multiple laser light needles and may be signal-connected to a control host capable of outputting a needle selection signal for selecting laser light needle. The light needle identification system comprises a needle storage box capable of inserting with multiple laser light needles and a needle selection device. The needle selection device can drive the needle storage box, may detect, identify, and record each passed laser light needle driven by the needle storage box, and may rotate the needle storage box triggered by the needle selection signal, such that the needle storage box can transfer the laser light needle corresponding to the needle selection signal to a needle picking position.
